Delivery Time Disclaimer
All delivery times listed are estimated based on information provided by our logistics partners. While we strive to meet these timeframes, unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs, carrier issues, or local disruptions).


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can use it to monitor your package's journey to your door or to your selected InPost locker/drop off point.


Returns & Exchanges

15-Day Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your New Lovers Shoes purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Return

  1. Contact us at marketing@newloversshoes.com to initiate your return and receive instructions.

  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

  3. Ship the package using the return label we provide or your own trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We can provide paid return labels from our shipping partners, or you may use any trackable carrier of your choice.


Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Exchange shipping follows the same rates and process as standard shipping.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and include photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
